At Red Lion SKC, we are dedicated to preserving the rich heritage of Shotokan Karate while fostering a sense of community and personal growth among our members. With a history spanning over 25 years, our club stands as a pillar of excellence in the Eastbourne martial arts scene.

Training

Our sessions are for all ages and abilities, sessions are tailored to suit the needs of the students and their objectives.
We often split sessions to suit attendance and the last half an hour is always split to allow the kids to participate in a more "game" based environment to maintain their engagement
Costs
We are a non-profit club and organisation, so we aim to keep cost to a minimum
Our preference is for a monthly subscription at the following rates:
Adults: £35 - access to all sessions
Children: £28 - access to all sessions
Family (1 Adult, 2 Children): £84 - access to all session
